It was a weird day of people watching from the living room window haha. Usually a rainy day means that the canal path is empty...to the point that I had considered going running as there is literally no one out there. Instead, for some unknown reason, it was full of different types of characters. There were the ever dedicated runners, but then there was a never ending procession of bright colors and random behaviors....I think everyone misses spring.
