Headless, (I too read the caption on Lost In Focus), she becomes the abstracted representative of every little girl in ballet slippers. You handle her tenderly, especially by accenting those delicate and expressive fingers and arms.

I read your note on lost in focus about the legality of photographing people in Quebec - very interesting that you have turned it to your advantage with this photo (and the same for the photo of the row of dancers you posted?). I agree with Guenter in that it highlights the poise and tension in the parts of the body that ordinarily might be missed if the face was visible.
