This image was taken from Rocky Top, along the AT. You are looking back towards Clingman's Dome. Clingman's Dome tower was almost directly due east from this point at 12.11 miles along a direct line of sight. Also shown is Mount LeConte. The middle summit (High Top) of LeConte is 16.77 miles away. I started my hike on this trip at Clingman's Dome.
