Nice copmosition and use of the wall, was wondering why the flag wasn't flying then read the time on the exif!! I think the B&W conv is a good idea from Simon..:>

Lovely shot of the Castle James, the sky is amazing it adds to the image, I also like the light.
Have you tried converting the image to Mono, just to see what it's like.
All the same, a great photo.
