Ha ha ha! 'kaw talaga! As my photo-ops are personally limited (due to budget & time constraints) to the city, this one here is obviously a mixed-contemporary type as it is made in the heart of Manila. Believe it or not, but this one is actually a Police Community Precinct Sub-station (Information & Security Center) at the Luneta Park made most probably to preserve the Spanish colonial era theme of the area ... magandang photo-op pang turista, kung baga! :-) Hey, at least the roof IS made from nipa - the only palm considered to be a mangrove (trees and shrubs that generally grow in saline coastal habitats in the tropics and subtropics).

I thought a " Bahay kubo" is made of Nipa and Bamboo. not with wood, capis and concrete slabs....nice photo though...
