True story based on cebuano studies center USC.

Si leon kilat namista sa carcar nya nag inom diha sa veranda/terrace atbang sa iya monumento kanang karaan nga building nga LTO sauna diha ra jud sa atbang sa iya munomento karon.

Unya pagka hubog niya gi dunggab cya ug usa ka indio nga gi bayran sa kastila..

(hayz biktima sad diay cya sa tagay pero unsa kaha ilang gi tagay la paraba red horse sauna lolz!)(LEON KILAT = Leon kung mo away pero kilat kung mo dagan. hahaha joke only)

Emil Justimbaste should notice where Don Leon is facing , if I`m not mistaken it was Noy Roman Sarmiento who sculpted this statue and rumors at that time that arm twisting was involved as to where he should be facing . Emil you should get in some more or should this benign detail should just be added to the mystic of Don Leon Kilat.
