Seen at night at the Harrisburg, Pa. Capitol building. It is Breast Cancer Awareness Month and that is the reasons for the pink water color.

Very Nice...only critique would be having the fountain centered against the Capitol.

Very nice photo with good exposure and color balance. My only suggestion would have been to try a vertical orientation to eliminate so much black sky in the upper corners and better frame the top spire of the building.
