Grasshopper. I chased this fellow all over the meadow before I got him to hold still long enough to get a shot. Here's the tech data: 1/125 sec., Ap Priority, F11, ISO 100, 50mm.

Jan, Since I had good light, I could stop it down considerably and still get a fast enough shutter speed to catch him before he jumped again.

Rich, I notice that the shutter speed was 1/150 sec. You did well to capture this fellow at that speed. I would assume that a faster speed may have given you an "ïn flight" picture.
