To get the background to be PBase gray was a bit of a chore:    - ACR3 CRW to PSD using Adobe RGB profile    - Adjusted curves and levels to make the background black    - Magic wand background, non-contiguous, inverse    - Copy selected foreground pixels, paste to new layer    - Convert Color Profile to sRGB    - Assign Color Profile to No Color Management    - New Layer behind plant on transparent background    - Eyedropper gray from an alt-printscreen of a PBase page    - Paint bucket eyedroppered color
