This view of Clee Hill in winter was taken with my Canon 300D, using the Sigma 70-300 Macro II APO lens (first light for this lens since I part-exchanged my old non-compatible Sigma). Focus was manual, as the auto-focus kept stopping on either the trees to the right & left, or the scrub in the middle foreground. The blurs at the top are caused by out-focusing twigs from a bush I was behind (no other place to stand to get a reasonably clear view, unfortunately).
I was lucky to get this view; the snow fell over-night, and just dusted the tops of the hills. Probably all gone again by now.
