Practice...Practice...Practice
This is my dil taking a practice run on one of her barrell horses. I know the quality isn't great but this is my first attempt to to shoot her with the CDR. Any suggestions would be appreciated. The only editing was to lighten it up a bit and change the size

Basically I think it to be a good shot..It shows movement.. I dont thin'k the horse and rider should be in the center of the frame, maybe more to the left for a better effect.. The softness can't be helped unless you use a tripod at the speed and focal length combitation.. I like the shot and I think it to be a good capture..

The color in this shot is good. I love all of the dirt the horse is kicking up. Looks like he is running straight toward you.
