There's a massive Cemetery here in Vancouver, that runs about 12 blocks up Fraser street.
It goes back the 1800's, but the 1915-1930 period yielded some incredibly ornate Headstones. People got sent out in style in those days! It's a quiet and poignant place, and I'm careful where I step.
Everyone had a story, some were just kids when they died. WWI and the flu got a lot of people back in 1918-19. If you made your '70's, you were ancient.....
