The performance of this camera is exceptional.
When i comes to low light performance, forget all the rest. Superb, i must say.
Another example that the number of pixels is not important(and for most of users aren't)but what you do with then. Exceptional sensor this one from Pentax, it is not the fastest of the cameras, but all the rest is TOP of it's class. Solid build, ergonomic, simple to handle, user friendly, and small enough to carry...and offcourse stunning image quality, the BEST i've seen.What an amazing camera.
Better than any bridge camera (my Kodak P880 for example). I've tryed 4 days ago, and i fell in love with it. Got to buy it, i got to. The prices are going under 150 Pounds, witch is a bargain.
Stunning work Pentax, you guys are great, thank for such fine and affordable equipment.

In a sense the same camera as K100D. Solid feel. Good pictures, low noise, 11 AF points. Auto WB could be better, as resolution, but still very good for beginners in dslr, to collect lenses and then to step up to K10 or successor. Recommended.
