This is a fantastic lens! When compared to the Leica Summicron-R 35mm f2, it's not as good in terms of colour, sharpness, contrast, and that indescribably 3D feel, but it's not far behind. The super-multi-coating is actually better than the Leica when it comes to flare control. It's a engineering wonder that Pentax made in into a 49mm filter size lens.
