The camera was made by TOHKO of Osaka.
This company was also the maker of the Prinz Flex (sold in U.K. by Dixons)

Some comments from Carlo Colombo (http://www.pbase.com/carlocolombo ) who took the above photos:
I've found a note in a Japanese website where the author suppose that were made by Waltz company.
The period of construction should be about 1955, but I'm not sure of this information.
The camera has only write "Made in Japan".
The camera has the self-timer of about ten seconds.
Has the "sport viewfinder", has the additional lens for precise focus.
Has a little bit complex system to load the film in order to synchronize the film counter.
It takes excellent images with sharp and beautiful colors.
The mythical Zunow brand of lenses, here, has been well represented.
I don't know how many other pbase users have a camera like this, but I'm a little camera collector and I like to take photos with
these old particular cameras.
Many peoples ignore how much quality can exhibit cameras of 50 years old.

Additionally, Mr. Colombo was able to modify 120 film for use in this camera. This could be useful for any 4x4 camera.
