Honf Kong Victoria Harbour is one of the world's busiest and most impressive natural harbours. Hong Kong's striking coastline and the countless container vessels, junks, sampans and pleasure craft gliding around the harbour create an exciting view. The spectacular backdrop of Hong Kong Island's stunning skyline will fire your imagination as darkness falls and a dazzling neon cityscape emerges. Cruises set sail from piers on either side of Victoria Harbour.
The weather was very cloudy in HKG during my stay. Lot's of reflection from the cloud. It made the photo very bright in the sky. Have been to HKG a few times but never have the change to capture the photos with clear skk which will be ideal for photography.
Another nice place to take HKG night scenery is from "The PEAK" on HKG Island. You can capture both the view of HKG Island and Kowloon. Since it's so cloudy, I decided no to go up to the Peak as I figure out the view will be block the clouds from the top. Will try again in the future.

Thanks for the complement. You have a great gallery too. It's interesting to see how Hong Kong is like 40 years ago. There are still vacant land during that time. cheers
Cal ... wonderful gallery on a magnificent city. You may be interested in what HK looked like more than 40+ years ago. There are a number of shots in my "Potpourri Places" gallery ... http://www.pbase.com/tombriggs/potpourri_places
