A Dinner Gathering was hosted by Mr. Vincent Lo, Chairman & CEO of Shui On Group, to connect the innovation and entrepreneurial flair of Silicon Valley with the vibrancy and enterprising spirit of Shanghai. The dinner was taking place on Aug. 4th, 2006, at the Four Seasons Hotel in Palo Alto, California, the United States.
