In May 2006 I spent ten exploring the Tokyo area. Here I have sorted my photographs of different areas of the city into different folders. Tokyo is dense city of 12.3 million people, with around 30 million people in the greater Tokyo-Kawasaki-Yokohama-Chiba metropolis, making it the largest urban population in the world. Tokyo is truly a futuristic world class city. If I had to choose my favorite things from my 10 days there... 1)Sumo Tournament 2)Sanja Matsuri Festival, 3)Shinto Weddings at Meiji Shrine, 4)All night Karaoke with fellow travelers from all over the world, 5)All the transportation I used; airplane, bus, ferry, subway, rapid train, taxi, tram, elevated train, fastest elevator in Japan.
