I’m out in the field and I see an interesting subject. It will be something to capture into a still photograph and somehow I know that I’m nailing a great shot. This is when it starts happening and I start getting a feeling of excitement. The adrenalin starts flowing, I start shaking and butterflies swarm in my stomach. Deer hunters call this, "Buck Fever." Maybe this is what attracts me to photography. It is the combination of art, poetry, with a lot of sport.
It’s all wrapped up into one big package.
Discovering compositions and creating art is the real challenge. Camera gear, tools, equipment and software are the obstacle that has to be perfected through pain taking practice and just plain usage.
The over all complexity of this is, "try to get what’s in your head down to the actual finished image."
