I'll be travelling to London in Sept. 2006 with my fiancee. Thank you for posting this wonderful gallery, I've found quite a few that I'm planning to visit. "So many pubs, so little time." [sigh] I suppose that we'll just have to do our best in the short time available.

an interesting gallery. You nicely capture the range and nature of the London pub although only in one or two of your photographs does one get a glimpse of what makes a great pub - its people and its beer. I'm surprised not to see the Prospect of Whitby (IofD)and miss some of the old, sometimes mean, back street pubs from the East End. Also, for someone who doesn't really drink I was surprised at how many I have visited. Great way of whowing London. McQ
