Brad, I just wanted to say that you are such an inspiration to me. I just happened to run into this website, and I'm so glad I did. I had started the program in the earlier part of 2000, but for whatever reason I never followed through. I think that this was just the motivation I needed to get through my workout today. I officially re-started the program Sunday- august 1, 2004. I made a commitment to myself to finish. Regardless of whether I win or not, my dedication to myself is to do the very best that I can do.I am a wife, a mother of 2, and I should be so happy in my life. When you are 154 lbs.& 5'2, it's kinda hard. For the 1st time in my life, I have a goal, and will accomplish it. Thank-you so much!!!! Thanks to you,Lynn L., Kelly A., Porter F. , all of the other BFL champs. P.s. Do you know if there is anyway that I could get an address for Kelly Adair? Hello. Its so great to see that you are doing well. I posted a message on the Body for Life web site and asked if anyone knew what happened to our founds and orginal leaders. A few people directed me to yours and Lynns web site. I have been a fan of yours since the start and always get inspired by your transformation on the Body of Work video. Thanks!
I am currently on day 38 of the challenge and its going great. Again, keep up the great work and hope to see more pictures on your site soon! Your Awesome!
