The photo was taken in Palma on the steps that lead down from in the sea-facing side of the magnificent La Seu, Palma's Cathedral (built 1229-1346).
The twilight sky gave the pavement a bright blue reflected glow that contrasted beautifully with the artficial light of the tunnel.
