After 27 years in journalism, over 16 of them in senior newsroom management at a major daily newspaper, I’m looking to take my creative and management skills and move into public relations, advertising, or a journalism position that offers new chances for creativity and growth. I’m enthusiastic and feeling energized about doing something new. In addition to that enthusiasm, I can bring to bear a number of other qualities that can help your company get the job done. First I’m a mature, seasoned professional with a history of longevity in the work place. I'm looking for a local firm in the Albany, NY area where my skills can be a long term asset. Additionally, I can also offer a proven record of bringing excellence to the publications I’ve worked for, as well as a knowledge of how to build collaborative relationships with colleagues and the community. The creative products I’ve produced with my staff have benefited many local individuals and organizations every day as part of our daily news package.
