Cute Killdeer Bryan. They have interesting behavior - if threatened at its nest, it pretends to have a broken wing, and will drag it along the ground to take attention away from the nest/chicks. It looks very pitiful, but when the danger's past, the bird is perfectly fine again. Sandy

Those plovers! Our beach is half fenced off for 2 pair that noone seems to be able to find but the are supposed to be roosting. Thanks for letting me see what I'm looking for :)
