This is the Reformation Lutheran Church as it looks today. It is located at 7601 East 13th St North in Wichita. Dr. George Tiller was shot and killed in the foyer of the church on May 31, 2009, while serving as an usher and handing out bulletins for the worship service. Scott Roeder, an anti-abortion activist from Kansas City was arrested for the shooting and later tried and convicted of first degree murder. He is now incarcerated in a Kansas prison.
