Replacing Fabric on Motorhome Awning

The old awning fabric	First pilot hole drilled	Both 5/16" access holes drilled and cleaned
Cut off valance, Attempt to remove old poly-rod	Found it was not sliding out	Start by cutting & removing fabric
Keep at it!	Technique	Valance almost cut away
Start on main portion	Continuing	Found fabric was stapled to poly-rod
Fabric removed from roller	Poly-rod pinched in end-cap - use chisel to cut	Fabric stapled to polyrod
In two places	Staple	open up rear C-channel
Remove rafters and top mount	Removing top rear mount	Front mount
Sliding off old fabric	Almost removed...	Poly-rod installed; Method to help install new fabric
Pulley on front mount bolt	New fabric started using helper	New fabric nearly in place in C-channel
Top installed!	Both top mouting brackets reinstalled	Poly-rod prep for string
Factory poly-rod install tools - not used.	String attachment to pull poly-rod through Valence	Ready?
Stuff valence pocket in slot	Push poly-rod/pull string on other end	Poly-rod pulled through; remove string and fold poly-rod back into slot
Valence	Tuck poly-rod end back in hole	to lock it in.
Finished!	Valence installed, start on main sheet	Factory poly-rod install tools - again, not used.
2nd roller Poly-rod - Taper end, drill small hole	Position main sheet	Using ropes and de-flappers
Which makes it easy	Pre-shape entrance with Pencil	Insert pocket in slot
May need a little tape for assistance	Tape	to hold things in place
Poly-rod installed, tape removed	Finished!	New Awning fabric installed
New fabric installed, awning in travel position	New fabric installed, awning in travel position	Old fabric
