The flower is turk's cap not to be mistaken with the lily. I transplanted this from South Carolina and have never seen it any where else in Tennessee. Doesn't bloom until late August-September after most resident hummers are already departed but it will certainly stop of lot of the migrating birds.

I live in West TN & hope to coax back my Hummingbirds with more plants & less feeders this year. Absolutely a gorgeous pic! Could you please tell me what species of plant she's getting her nectar from?
