Gad Liz, Chipper is just so gorgeous!!! He is truly the most, beautiful Chihuahuas I have ever seen!! (Actually THEE most beautiul!! But wait there was Scoop...my all time favorite BriteStar!!) And it looks like Chipper is such a wonderful model on top of everything!! norma jean
