Male fawn is losing his spots

red Summer Coat to her grey Winter Coat

Along with the change of Seasons from Summer to Fall

The fawn is one of the triples to visit our backyard. The doe is not his mother. The triple's mom is out of this frame. However, when a new doe suddenly arrived on the scene,
the 3 fawns obviously knew & welcomed her.

In a week or two more, it probably will be too dark at this time of day to photograph the deer when they make their evening visit. Late September, post dinner lighting seems to already be a struggle for this camera.
