Motherless 2018

One of two motherless Spring fawns that occasionally visit.
The mother mysteriously disappeared in late June; back when the fawn were small & very, very young. These fawns still are always together, but now always without any adult deer. Amazingly, they seem healthy and in very good shape.

Lovely to hear that the fawns have survived so well without their mother, this one certainly looks very healthy. A wonderful capture Liz. V
