A more than 2 year old controversy.
The matter and Overland Park Arboretum was brought to a Grand Jury in 2012.
The Arboretum dared to display this statue http://www.pbase.com/britestar/image/144272636 in their sculpture garden
Because the first Grand Jury didn't force the removal of the statue, "concerned citizens" are again making noise with hopes of getting the case heard by another Grand Jury.
When this news story is presented on the local news, the body part above is greyed out for the sake of "modesty".

The world does not appear to be changing... Michelangelo and Rubens are "far away" but the "concerned citizens" will be always forcing their rules in their next-door neighborhoods... V.

Well, when the Grand Jury has sorted that out, they should make sure that all the nudes by Michelangelo, Rubens, Rembrandt and others in our art galleries are also censored. Some strategically placed black tape stuck over the oil paintings should do the trick :)
