Grey, Cloudy, Cold. With an occasional passing wild Polar Bear.

The bears are often attracted to the Rovers and sometimes come over to investigate. Why? Maybe they feel a Rover is a large tin can full of a potential meal.
Or maybe they are just curious. Polar Bears are extremely intelligent, curious creatures. This guy merely wanted to pass in front of the Rover. However, he did pause briefly before continuing on.
