Although we had the Gurnard (a really delicious white fish) deep fried for a mid afternoon snack, the fresh Oysters here looked so yummy. At an elaborate, Valentine's Day seafood buffet that evening, we did have some other Oysters on the Half Shell. However, I didn't photograph those - just ate them! Yum!!! We also enjoyed some Oysters Rockerfeller. If you like seafood, New Zealand has some really great, fresh choices.
