A Gallery for My Mom

from a day we shared together at Squaw Creek National Wildlife Refuge.

With tempertures soaring into the low 100's, things were a bit slow. Most of the wildlife was about a "zillion miles" in the far distance. That called for a double tele extender on my 600mm lens. And a keen eye to spot anything!

With the exception of the turtle (who appears 3 times), all the images in this gallery were taken of different animals and/or scenes during the day. Because it was a Mother/Daughter day, it was a memorable day.
