Some photos from our climbing trips to the south west corner of the UK, to Cornwall and Devon.
Rock climbing in this area is very pleasant with some lovely sparkling granite, warm weather and great scenery. In 2010 and 2006 we visited the Lands End area of Cornwall and in 2001 we headed for the island of Lundy.
Lundy is an island situated off the west coast of Devon in England. We went there mainly to do some rock climbing on the granite sea cliffs but the island has lots to offer those who have an interest in fresh air and the outdoors. There is also some superb accomodation available from the landmark trust. We stayed in a converted castle looking out to the atlantic.
