The spectacular landscapes and landforms of the southwest lack nothing - except that God frequently left one color off of the palette - green. I was struck when I first noticed this - looking through several hundred of my photographs last week - just how little green appeared in any of them! But it was not completely absent. The images all have a reflection, abeit a 'whisper' of the cool colors which briefly paint this landscape. This gallery is composed of 10 photographs which share faint connections with that color that rarely dominates the southwest landscape.
