Seen on the esplanade in front of the Grande Arche de La Défense. The red bands on either side are the "stabile rouge," the last work of the artist Alexander Calder. The billboard, across the esplanade (yes, a cheesy perspective trick! hence my title), is advertising the renovation of the shopping center at La Défense.
