Liza,
Thanks for the comments. Their house had a lot of natural light, so I didn't have to use any kind of special lighting equipment. The only one I used a flash on was the one where sheis standing on the scale. My flash is a Canon Speedlite 420EX, but I haven't practiced with it much yet. I just try to take pictures on sunny days and use really low F-stops (1.8-2.8) I am looking at purchasing some of those umbrella strobe lights though. I also rely on Adobe Photoshop to lighten up my photos...a bad habit I need to break. :) Anyway, thanks again for looking!

I really liked the Kristen and Todd gallery. I’m curious what type of lighting you use?? I’m in the market for some lighting but don’t know where to start. You mentioned you went to their house to take the photos. I just wondered what type of portable equipment you were using. I do location photography and need more than an on camera flash. Again, really enjoyed your work.

Yes, but I'm one who thinks less use of black and white (b&w) is better. I feel you're getting cheated out of the full experience when it's shot in ONLY b&w. Great pics!!!!!

You're quite an artist, Lacey. I love all of your photos.
