This is the Marina and a tribute to Labor statue that are along the riverfront. As you can see the statue is already under water and more is expected as a dam upstream in South Dakota just released the most water at one time since it was built. Next week will be interesting. The city across the river "Council Bluffs" has already warned 30,000 of it's residents that they may have to leave.
