BOOKING YOUR WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHY WITH BRIAN
Brian Griffiths Photography aims to make booking your Wedding Photography a pleasurable experience.
A phone call or e-mail is all that's needed to set up the first meeting, at my home or yours, or a location of your choice, to discuss your needs and to view the quality and quantity of albums, prints, photobooks and CDs available.
If you are happy with what you have seen and agreed to choose my services at whatever level, I always take a FREE portrait of the happy couple, kids etc, sometimes even the mother-in-law gets a look in.
A deposit is welcome and a letter or e-mail confirmation is sent to you.
All cheques are photocopied for my records and for your security.
Then it's just a matter of waiting for your big day to come around.
Contact is maintained by phone or e-mail and if you require another meeting can be arranged to discuss your final requirements for the day and for us to get to know each other.
Full payment is required on receipt of your first album or DVD, or if you wish, a payment plan can be arranged between us to pay off the amount before the wedding.
An online proofing service is available on this website at NO EXTRA COST where you choose the photographs you want in your albums through the various packages available.
Whichever price range is chosen there is no drop in quality or service.
ABOUT ME
Now married, based in Abersychan, near Pontypool, Torfaen, I have used a camera for longer than I can remember.
In recent years I spent 7 years as a Freelance Press Photographer for the South Wales Argus/Free Press titles in Torfaen & Monmouthshire, but I don't know how old I was when I 'borrowed' my dad's Kodak Retinette from the drawer and took it out for a walk with me and my friend. I happily took photos all day around the Ffaldau Colliery opposite where I lived in Pontycymmer, near Bridgend, put the camera away and forgot about it.
Then came the day my father called myself and my brother into the parlour for a slideshow, needless to say my brother didn't get the blame - the rest is history.
Anyway, not put off, I progressed through various film and cine cameras right up to today, where I now use Canon Professional Digital SLR equipment, Packard Bell PC and Pro Photo Programmes.
All prints are professionally printed by a recognised online supplier (access to which I open for you to obtain your own copies of your photographs if required) again at NO EXTRA COST.
I am in no way intrusive or pushy and wherever possible blend into the events of the day, although there will be times when we need to set up certain shots - families and friends etc - but on the whole most photographs are taken in a relaxed and natural manner.
Everything is done at your convenience and in your time. I hope the Galleries on this site portray this. I'm constantly being told by people 'I didn't see you take that'!

SNOWDON - £695 - All day coverage to include locations of your choice from Bride's Preparation up to First Dance. Approximately 500 images will be taken through the day and you will receive up to 200 6x4in Prints in a slip-in album as well as your choice of 30 printed to 8x6in in a boxed album OR an A4 Photobook, with all images on 2 DVDs of all images for you to print extras and view

PEN-Y-FAN - £495 - Bride's Preparation through to Speeches. Approximately 400 images will be taken on the day and you will receive up to 125 6x4in prints in a slip-in album plus 30 printed to 8x6in in a boxed album OR an A4 Photobook, with all images on 2 DVDs to print and view.
