This small island is situated aprox. halfways between Portugise mainland and Newfoundland in North America.

I spent the first ten of my life in Fajazinha flores these are the best phots I have looked at .

I was in Flores, October 07, and though it rained heavily off and on, in between it was beautiful. These pictures are lovely.

My grandfather, Jose Vieira came to New Mexico from the Island of Flores in the early 1900's. It is so good to see these pictures.
