Message from m. laurence hebert
landscape's tough
life long
nature's trial and error
natural's own selection.
my attempt to share
what i taste,
feel and breathe.
without trespass,
destruction or greed.
it's not
to tread lightly
nor leave a trace.
but float as a feather
drift as a leaf.
settle into a
canyon creek,
nap in the rust
of needles.
the mist of falls
cool, shade air.
the curious grizzly
the trot of wolves.
june snows
august smoke.
the Litte Lamar
in january.
