Lexi soft focus
Trying to get the hang of the soft focus feature. I should use a tripod since this is equivalent to a 216mm on a 40D, However this is a very sharp lens. I paid 165 including shipping on ebay. What a wonderful value!

Test shot with 50 1.8
I love it when people say this lens isn't sharp. This test was taken with a 420 ex flash bouncing off of my ceiling as I am hand holding the camera. There aren't any gimmicks of any kind. I take these photos in order to show that you don't have to be a pro and spend $10,000 in order to take great photos. I relize this isn't the best photo ever ,but I have to say very nice for under $100.00 Thanks. Click on original to see true shot.
I used a nd filter to reduce the sun. Not bad for a 75 dollar lens.
I have had this blown to 20x30 and it is awesome
macro of treo
I bought a macro lens kit that fits on the 50 1.8 lens just to see if it would work and to my surprise it is very sharp and effective. The set is made by kenko. I had to choose between this and a set made by hoya. I was told that this one is everybit as good and 30 dollars cheaper so I thought it was a no brainer.
I took this with my sigma 18-200 os. This is the new one it is an awesome all around lens

I used popup flash and shielded it with my hand
I used a tiffen soft/warming 1/2 filter. This is great for teens and helps hide little blimishes
Sigma 18-200 OS
I love this lens so much.My only problem is from 150 to 200 it is alittle rough focusing. I couldn't wait for the bigger brother to come out. As usual utter disappointment I am returning the 150-500 and buying the 70-200 f4 is.
Trying out my new flash diffuser
I was very far away I cropped this three times.
