Arwana Resort

.... True Scenario (Continue)

We were with this resort (Arwana Resort) for 3 days 2 nights and staying in room 5212. The room is spacious as well as the veranda, the bathroom was poorly maintained especially the shower's water tap. In term of food, I may vote it as moderate. If you were to ask me, how safety in this Arwana Resort I would rather tell you, NO! It is not safe at all. All the room keys are just being displayed on the reception's desk and let you pick by yourself. They won't even bother who are you and which room you are going picked. That's AWFUL isn't it?

We were going to the reception for our room key (5212) and that lady receptionist told us that she believes we had not return the key this morning. We were there and told her, we are sure that the key is returned. You know, one ridiculous thing happened, that lady receptionist just simply pass us any of the keys which were left on the desk. Certainly we told her that's not ours and she refuses to entertain us. We insist her to find and we almost felt angry. Not taking for long time she manages to find our room key and it was next to the key drop. She don't even apologize for her silly mistake.

The management of this Resort have to do something to make sure all the guests have better security!!
