Wow... consistently strong throughout. You have quite an eye for people. I couldn't help but notice you are putting in an extra effort to use the rule of thirds in some of your photos. If my observation is correct you are going in the right direction... makes a good photo even better. I have just recently started to use this technique myself and have noticed some significant improvement in the way they impact me. I never paid much attention to this before as I hate rules and conformity. But it seems to work. Love the quality and love your portraits... easy on the eyes.
