My attempt at performing the complete (from basic components) Gary Bennett CGE Cable Replacement Project on my CGE mount.

After 4 years of reliable service my CGE began to work erratically with short random slews during guiding. After 6 months of tinkering without much success I decided to take the plunge and do the cable mod myself. It was a bit intimidating at first but once all the components were acquired and laid out in their respective groups it became an interesting and enjoyable project. Best of all it worked perfectly when completed. Thanks Gary!
