9/1 - Afternoon Nap

Home, Living Room

It is a real shame that naps are wasted on the young. She will miss this when she is older.

I have been meaning to move on in subject matter but there has been little time to get out between
learning to take care of the little one, being fascinated by her and the remodel of my home office.
I am trying to get this last done before my vacation ends next Tuesday and time is running out. So
today's shot is one of the test shots I did this afternoon after UPS dropped off my new toy. A
Minolta 50mm f/1.4 lens. If you don't have something this fast, you really don't know what you are
missing. I highly recommend it.

How precious and they smell soooo good at that age. She's beautiful. I agree with mom, right now she looks like dad. Makes me wish mine that young again instead of swiping my shoes and raising my insurance rates.

I would be very upset and highly disappointed if you changed the subject matter this soon. Unless of course you want to try to get Rikie in the shot too...

Just been over the other ones, but I think this is the best to date, wonderful.

I think naps come around, I am sure you will welcome falling asleep on the couch with her, or lying down for just five minutes and waking one or two hours later, it's all to come, she is a real beauty.

Sweet sleeping child. Gorgeous and we don't mind you posting pictures of her. She is just to beautiful not to shoot!

I agree with Faye. Why move on? Isn't it amazing how they change almost before your eyes? She is wonderful.

P.S......"Moving on in subject matter.."?? You can't find anything sweeter than what is under your own roof these days. :-)

I'm sensing a theme in your latest posts. It's like you're exceedingly proud of something you built or something..... (Ummm, oh, wait, you did have something to do with that, didn't ya......) ;-)

Once you go fast, you can't go back. :-) She's a cutie by the way.

Wow, they really are just the cutest things when they're sleeping.
I like the softness to this...the colors, the foreground. Really nice.

It's just the best time...snuggle up as often as you can as they grow before your eyes. She's such an adorable little girl
