Solana at Anilao

Dive Solana is an enchanted little place, a real hideaway of sort, located in Anilao Batangas. Anilao is known as the premier dive spot just 3 hours south of Manila.

Since I'm not a diver, you won't find any underwater pictures here. Instead, I spent some time photographing the resort itself. Wow!

From the moment we walked into the resort I could feel this place was going to be different. The cozy reception of being welcomed into someone's home, the exquisite selection of native furniture & antique pieces, the fine 5-star bedding and room appointments, and the tasteful choice of colors and textures used all over the resort...the owner's personal touch was clearly at work here. (Not to be outdone is the great view of the sea, the colorful house reef just in front of the resort, the gentle breeze throughout the day, and the hearty surprises waiting at every buffet meal. This is one awesome place to relax and unwind.)

hi. i would just like to know if we can visit this place on daytour only... if yes, how much is the rate? also, since we're not planning to get a room since it'll just be a daytour, i'd like to know if there are benches scattered in the resort where we can just lounge around.

WOW Solona looks absolutely amazing. My husband and i are from atlanta, ga in the US. He went on a mission to the Phillipines for our church about 6 years ago and he is dying to go back and visit. We will definately stay at solana when we come!

good thing i failed to get a reservation at tagaytay last april and saw the signboard and followed it all the way until i reached it. worth the travel time. a very nice place.
