I traveled along the Tibetan border with China last April, in the ABA region within the Chinese province of Sichuan, from the towns of Huanglong, Jiuzhaigou, Songpan, to as far north as the plains of Zu Er Kai. There we met people of mostly Tibetan decent, including the Qiang Chinese people native to the area.
