Bright sun. Clear and high water in the morning. We headed down to Ace in the Hole to fish the dropping water with streamers. Tom got one big brown (~18") on a tan muddler. Jake got his first cut and Billy got 2 on a soft hackle. After a 2 beer lunch, we headed up tp muscle riffle and proceeded to mop up. Jon and Jake moved lots of fish on softies. Tom and Bill slung nymph's ('I'm not nymphing, that's a dropper.') and caught a few bows. The sun was hot and bright but the fish kept biting. Cocktail hour at the trout dock was good with several fish caught by all. We overheard a little southern girl ask her dad if he ever hung out with a yankee and if its true that they all have hair on their faces. Dinner consisted of Beer, booze and snacks.
